Flex is a joke.

Flex is only a joke because it's treated as such. Plenty of us go in there treating it like the ranked Queue it is. It's there so that players can play ranked with more than one friend, without "ruining" solo queue. I play Solo Queue and Flex both as a solo player, and I treat them both the same.

The people treating Flex as a joke are the problem, not the queue itself. It's important to be able to play with friends in a team game. In a ranked mode, in a competitive game.

I treat Flex like normals. Flex is better than normals because fewer people dodge and it has shorter queues.
