Your Zyra win rate begs to differ.

No role can. Though support has the lowest value.

Jungler can do the most. A good jungler is game changing with all the buffs, and kills.

Midlane is second. If he wins, then he has 2 lanes to roam, and help out.

Toplane is third. He can only roam one direction, but has no dependency on laning partner. Win or lose is up to your skill, and luck to pick before the enemy does.

ADC is fourth. He is heavily dependent on support, but in later stages a good adc is gamechanger even if the support is an idiot.

Support is the last, and was always the last:

Poker support is heavily dependent on ADC. If can't get some kills/assist early, then worthless until late. However if fed in early, then his effiency is similar to a laner's.

Tanky all-in: even more dependent on ADC for early, and is always worthless in late in current meta.

Protector: Less ADC dependency, because can be good even without kills/assists. However he absolutely needs a teammate to work with in teamfights. Fed or not.

I had to play miss fortune, veigar, and zilean support in order to climb. So I feel you, as much as I wanted to play utility supports that only works if your adc knows how to position and carry. You have to be the one to carry the lane.

I have been only playing duo with my ADC. When you have an ADC you can depend on it is actually quite fun playing support. If he isn't on I just play normals because we are 9-2 in recent games.

It really sucks.

My top laners always seem to crap the bed, and then my junglers go top to roll around in it. I've had so many junglers this season who just stay top and either end up doing nothing, or making the situation worse instead of taking a loss in that lane and getting something else ahead to deal with that hit to our team.

So it makes me feel even more reliant on my ADC than in previous seasons, because I really need them to win lane with me. Sometimes it feels like we're on an island together though, and I can feel a tsunami is about to hit when I press tab and see an Irelia is 5/0 and not in her lane. Those kinds of games fill me with dread. I can help us survive a gank from that, but the odds on winning the game are slim in those situations.

What's weird is in previous seasons I always roamed if we didn't win lane. And I still do, but other lanes seem SO one-sided that even I can barely make and impact when helping them. It just doesn't feel rewarding anymore.

What's worse is if we do win lane, we have to contend with champions that are fed and simply have superior kits. I'd ban them, but honestly there are too many to ban nowadays, and I need to save a ban for Yuumi and Pyke.

You kind of are forced to play mage supports if you want to win in those situations, or perhaps it's better to say they're much easier to counter such things as the only thing that seems to keep them away from your ADC is more damage. They'll respect damage. They won't really respect heals or shields, or even CC in some cases.

Hang in there though OP.
