Cleavers now deal 15%/17%/20%/22%/25% of the target's maximum health in true damage

Health costs decreased from 50/60/70/80/90 to 60 all ranks

Cooldown increased from 4 seconds to 5 seconds

While you are at it!

Monsters (epic included) die instantly upon getting hit by his Q His Q is now point to click His Q is now global His Q now also stuns for 4 seconds

25% of max HP in true DMG are you nuts? ^^ That thing will deal 1k true dmg to any Tank, that is a Cho ult on a 5 second basic ability with a slow ontop of it.

That will put him to a 80%-90% winrate

If you want to change anything, change his W to something more interesting because right now its just an Amumu crying thing with some Tenacity ontop of it.
