Ashe and Crit Damage Runes

I have a rune page that is set with 33% crit damage. Now Ashe's base crit damage is at 110% instead of the usual 200%. With these crit damage runes I was hoping to start off with 143% crit damage but that is not the case. At level 1 in lane while farming, my auto attacks do 60 damage to creeps and I see that my crits do 66 damage to them. It shows that my 33% crit damage runes aren't kicking in like they should be. Are those runes just entirely useless to ashe now? I would like some clarification on this matter.

10 +{Crit chance% x (1+crit damage)}%

Crit damage doesn't scale in until you have crit chance. Crit chance determines the worth of the crit damage. If you have 10% crit chance, only 10% of your crit damage is being factored into her damage.

You are right if you just have a IE with ashe your calc is (145 x 1.1)+(145 x .20 x 1.8) = 160+52 You need crit chance from a PD 160+144
