Deathfire Touch, Thunderlord's Decree, and most importantly Warlord's Bloodlust
Deathfire Touch:
Your damaging abilities cause enemy champions to take 6 + 50% of your Bonus Attack Damage and 20% of your Ability Power in Magic damage over 3 seconds (No CD)
**Thunderlord's Decree: **
Your 3rd auto attack or spell on an enemy champion shocks them dealing 10 damage per level plus 20% of bonus attack damage and 10% of your ability power as magic damage to enemies in the area (30 second CD)
Deathfire touch has no CD and does far more damage as opposed to Thunderlord's decree which has a 30 second CD. Thunderlord's decree seems completely useless when compared to Deathfire. I think the CD should be removed and reduce the damage the keystone does. Because even on champions like Diana who could use Thunderlord's decree, it's useless with such a long CD.
Moving on
**Warlord's Bloodlust: **
Critical strikes heal for 15% of the damage dealt and grant you 20% attack speed for 4 seconds (2 second CD)
I don't understand how something this powerful can only have a 2 second CD when it lasts for 4 seconds. Did they completely forget yasuo was a champion when they made this keystone? Put a CD on it, at least a 10 second CD. It's far too strong atm.
Other Masteries.
Feast:
Killing a unit restores 20 Health (20 second CD)
20 seconds is far too long to wait for this. Cho'gath heals for this at level 1 per minion slain, now I'm not saying make everybody like chogath, but I think that both the healing and CD should be reduced to 5. Having it proc more often would help everyone in my opinion.
Fervor of battle:
Your basic attacks and spells grant you a stack of Fervor for 5 seconds (max 10 stacks). Each stack of Fervor adds 1-8 bonus physical damage to your basic attacks against champions, based on your level.
8 damage? 8 damage after stacking it 10 times ... I guess i could use this on jax, but I might as well go Deathfire touch. Increase the damage. This is pretty useless especially since its only good against champions. It doesn't even help in the jungle.
Well that is all from me.
