lw and void staff need nerfs
pls rito change it to 25% armor pen for lw and 25% mr pen for void staff :( or change it to 35% bonus armor pen and 35% bonus mr pen :( tanks are usefull til adcs get lw and then they get 8 hot with 400 armor its sad

even with lw and your usual adc items its still going to take you a min to kill a tank. more than enough time for him to do his job. This game isnt designed for superman raidboss meatshields...your just beefy enough to initiate and soak some.
