Anyone else feel like individual performance should impact LP gain/loss?

If you win a game 0/9/2, 28 CS, and no tower/dragon/baron participation, I don't think you deserve to gain 19 LP. And if you go 12/4/16, 158 CS, and take 3 towers, 2 dragons and 1 baron, you don't deserve to lose 19 LP. The game already has grade scoring so obviously we can somewhat track performance. I know this is a team game, but if you aren't in ranked 5's, your LP is not your team's LP. Teams have 5 members, and those 5 members are 5 individuals.

Yes...I will just stay in my own lane then, farming turrets, creeps and champions and ignore my team :)
