@Stashu, finally Cassiopeia is balanced (long post)
Why do I say so? Well, after the rework, you just knew you wouldn't survive the laning phase and playing Cassiopeia didn't make sense. Now, I think she's pretty balanced (playable) because I can "feel" his power curve. I know what I can do (before I could do nothing) and what I can't. Here there're my feelings:
START
I like sustain in lane, especially if I'm going to play versus a poke champion like Zed
I think it would be better, but I like more sustain

If the the enemy laner has armor penetration runes
--- LANING PHASE ---
- Until you max E:
- If I'm against a sustainless melee: I can Q->E->E(->E) sporadically. Cassio hasn't great damage, but that doesn't mean she can't deal damage. Especially, if you play with brain, you can damage without taking damage. However, often, at least early game without boots, the MS buff on Q doesn't seems enought to close the gap, but you can make do.
- If I'm against a ranged: The same, but it's harder to trade. You need to approach to Q and you're more and more susceptible to skillshots.
However, Cassio has decent mana sustain. She can last hit with E and be safe.
- Until you max Q: you gain more waveclear now. You can take away pushing the lane. You have more and more sustain, especially if you have
or
. You have no mana problems in lane. At this point, you have
and you can feel you're quicker with your MS buff.
--- MID GAME ---
You can deal decent damage and you give utility with your CC on W and
, if you build it. Your build depends on the situation and Cassio is very versatile (like she always was), I guess. Good positioning is a must, even if you have your MS buff.
--- LATE GAME --- An E deals 700 magic damage and is spammable. You can proceed to carry.
Is Cassiopeia better than before? I think not, but now I know how to deal with her. However, I think that improving edges exists: Q need a better MS buff in early game to close the gap because it's hard to trade with her, while mantaining her MS buff in mid game the same of before. Maybe you can improve the buff a bit and make it scale just with base movement speed, not boots?
Sorry for my english.
EDIT: I feel like her mid game is stronger than her late game. I mean, I wreck faces in mid game, but in late game I fall off somehow and I have no enough damage to breach enemy frontline even with the right build.
and
and I hadn't lots of problems against them. If they ult you, you ult them. If you fail your ult, you're dead :D
