(Bulwark) galio's old W

I just want talk about Bulwark. It was a defensive ability and a very unique one at that, galio was the only champion in the game to have such a sustain ability and i just want to talk about maybe bringing something like that back. It was the only ability in the game that gave a shield to himself or allies that healed him based on the damage done to whoever had the shield on. It was just so unique and that kind of ability should be brought back upon league. Thats my thoughts at least.
