Ranked system broken

I am new on LoL...1 week ago i enter rank and got s3...now i am silver 1...in my last games I had only G1 G2 G3 players who beat the shit out me...and one promo guy (in my team) ...this is retard since i am just a noob silver 1...i barely can farm proprly... How does this system work?
