@Riot is there more info about Vel'Koz battlecast skin?

In skin tab lore says the skin is based on now-extinct Vel'Koz lifeform. Does Viktor killed Vel'Koz and created a machine-like? Is this in the future (that would suck) or is a totally an alternative Universe? Or is something like Vel'koz ascended and became a god (Arch light skin) and Viktor created the Battlecast-Vel'koz using Vel'koz lifeform as a model?

And will be new Vel'koz skins in recent future :D?

Skins writer here. In the Battlecast universe, Victor has killed off most of the world's living organisms and transplanted their brains into his robots. Most, if not all, of the void creatures are extinct. That is the Battlecast alternate universe.

Arclight is a different universe where Vel'Koz is an inter-dimensional god-entity who bestows powers on worthy humans.

Viktor kills all the creatures that now are battlecast and programs their brain to follow his orders to destroy.So yes he killed vel'koz and gave him a new body.
