9LP for ranked win
I'm in Silver IV and I have more wins than loses but I only get 9LP from a ranked win, My MMR is average and it's a little concerning...is it because it's almost the end of the season?

Nothing immediately is jumping out at me from your history, but with ~424 ranked matches under your belt, it's hard going back more than a month or so. That said, the general guidelines are:

If you lost a bunch of matches at 0 LP of any division, then your MMR dropped despite your rank staying at 0 LP. That has to right itself at some point....and the way that's usually done is via clamping (losing more LP per loss than you gain per win). It usually happens more when you reach the top of a tier, but can happen anywhere really.

You are playing against an elo lower than silver IV. I see some matches that visually appear to be close to this, but I also see quite a few matches against teams with 1 or more bronze players. You are "expected" to win those matches, so the rewards are smaller.

As a corollary to #2, if you play with lower elo players often then advancing higher in elo gets harder. I don't see that in your recent history, but maybe in the past you played a lot of 2-5 man queues with lower elo friends? As such, your elo was higher than average, so your wins are worth less and your losses are "punished" more.

Just keep playing. It will work itself out eventually. Don't let it get you down.
You must have lost a lot of games in a row and it dropped your hidden elo substantially.

No, your MMR is down for whatever reason and it will not give you more LP until you fix this issue.
