Client is broken

Every time I shut down my computer and come back to play a game of league, my client stops me from opening a game up and I end up getting banned for 20 minutes because I've entered the game, but I can't do anything but to delete the launcher and restart my computer for it to work again, by that time I've already been banned for being afk, I can never play because of this....Any suggestions would be great

Try uninstalling and reinstalling i think that is a personal problem where your client didn't install a file correctly. If that doesn't work get in contact with Riot Support they will probably help you considering its a problem that others are having, cause on my friends computer it does the same thing and I tried reinstalling and it worked.
