How is it fair that viktor can 1 shot 1 with his Q.(dont get me started on his kit thats another story) Honestly its unfair

Lord Dusteon1 votesAt level 18 with Luden's Echo and Lich Bane both instances of Viktor's Q does 507 (+1.3 AP). The normal health range is ~2000; disregarding magic resistance Viktor needs 1149 AP and a Lichbane + Luden's Echo to one shot someone with both instances of his Q.
If the enemy Viktor has over 1100 AP and you for some reason have 0 MR you have more problems to worry about.
