I have a question The time when the Clash first match started in my region is at 8:37 pm should my team strictly be ready at that time ? or can we group one hour later and start playing Clash ?

You must be there at 8:30 to lock in and after 7 mins you start the first match. If at 8:30 you are not there to lock in you instantly lose for the day and can only try again at the next day.
