Why no Solution for this Problem ?

I really get tired from this thing called trolling. I know to climb I should be able to carry my team by myself and play well and I accepted this fact. but however we are playing 4 vs 5 in this case and I can't do anything. I cannot climb and I am losing critical matches because of these guys.

Why no serious punishment for those people (perma ban)? Why this problem is not fixed since the game started (I feel that rate of trollers increased since I started playing this game) ? Why LOL community becomes so toxic??

Trolling is difficult to automatically detect, and there are plenty of people that see trolling where it doesn't exist (had someone in a game I played today say his Mid laner was intentionally feeding, yet that Mid had a better KDA than him...). The difference between trolling and strategy can be subtle too, as demonstrated by every Singed main on the planet. The difference between "trolling" and "trying" can differ based on experience at the game too. If a Bronze player was matched with Diamonds they'd say he's trolling them because of how ignorant of the map he is and what terrible decisions he makes.

When players do have a history of trolling and are manually reviewed they get 2-week bans or permabans, it's just that Riot errs on the side of not automatically banning innocent players.
