Matchmaking actually working or not?

You cannot make this stuff up. My last two games was nothing but bad teammates. I can play better of course, but there is no way players are expected to climb if they need to play at diamond level to climb out of silver. Many good players are in silver, and even though they are better than the average player, teammates will lose about 50% of their games and they will not climb because they are not good enough to 1v5 carry. The League rank system doesn't benefit good players but rather grind. I cannot believe I am matched with these type of players. Each screenshot is a different game. It has to be bad luck or something. I am not good enough to carry, but at least I think I deserve to be matched with people with at least half a brain please.
