Ziggs is trash with the new AP changes and is badly in need of some buffs... (A Level 7 Ziggs)

As a level 7 player, he is trash with the new AP changes and is badly in need of some buffs. He deals little to no damage - pretty much

2.0, where their damage is non-existent.
His win rate will most likely decline even more until something is compensated for the amazing and mechanically intensive, .
Q: Bouncing Bomb
Damage increased from 75/120/165/210/255 to 120/165/210/255/300
W: Satchel Charge
Demolition execute increased from 25/27.5/30/32.5/35% to 40% all ranks
E: Hexplosive Minefield
Damage increased from 40/65/90/115/140 to 65/90/115/140/170
New Effect Minions and monsters now take 200% additional damage
R: Mega Inferno Bomb
Damage increased from 200/300/400 to 300/400/500
New Efect Deals bonus true damage to enemies within the epicenter
It's perhaps time to make great again and make him viable.
as his first item and then go into whatever he wants. Before if you wanted to get Luden's you'd have to get it as your 2nd item because Morello was your first item. Now you can just rush into Luden's and still get your CDR, Mana and strong poke. And if you feel that wasn't enough mana, no harm in getting 
as well.
mid laners practically spammed skills with the 20% CDR + runes and the mana sustain it gave + all that AP. Now you going to have to build AP + mana sutain or AP + utility. I don't think all 3 come in an item off the bat unless is that mana item that you stack with the tear i forgot the game. anyhow i'm not saying is a walk in the park but ziggs is still viable. He craps on turrets and he has a very long range. You can't be spamming so you might want mana and CDR now that you don't have morello
