Why does Riot pretend to listen to the PBE posters?

They SAY they take them into consideration and yet when the entire community says "don't do this" it's not even acknowledge let alone implemented. Case in point, at least for me, is Shaco. Every single person that actually took the time to learn this fun but weak assassin has told Riot that the changes they made are strait nerfs. Some small (Q) some nearly crippling (E). Granted we got some slight buffs such as scaling health on our boxes and a slightly less retarted clone AI but that doesn't excuse the fact that he can no longer do what he was meant to, assassinate targets or put enough pressure on lanes to snowball the game.

The whole reason we pick an early game champion, Riot, is to end the game early. We sacrificed picking initiation, tankieness, or peel in order to snowball the game, knowing that if we failed that it likely meant a loss. A game doesn't have to be long and grindie to be fun or competitive. Hell most competitive teams try to end as quickly as possible.

I know it takes time to code, to make changes. So until the situation can be fixed how about not making things worse and leaving things as they are. He's not meta, he's not crushing in higher elo. He's just a fun janky champion some of us find amusing and is now gimped even more.

They use it to find bugs, not for balancing.
