RANKED IS FFFF

So im playing my placement games and i waas gold 4 last season and when im playing for some reason i always get teamed up with people who feed this far ive won 3 games and lost 5. Cause everytime my team feed they say "idc im trolling" or they blame some other lane. Why cant i get teamed up with people who are good (and no i do not mean people who is gonna carry me) but people who can atleast play their lane and do good. Like for real im getting tired of people not taking ranked serious i get ranked cause of my team not how i play
