How to check MMR?

Ive tried to check mmr lately but i cant find a site to ive tried but cant find any and those i find doesnt work for some reason can someone recommend sites to check mmr? (this is not for my account btw its for other accounts)

but its not a true MMR only RIOT knows your true MMR

there are no MMR estimates around anymore. I am guessing this is because of positional matchmaking
