Please increase ranked bans from 3 to 6, and consider making a change to rageblades passive

I think the bans should be bumped up to 6 bans per team. My thoughts behind it is that with all the champs that are out and the ones that just completely snow ball and not being able to catch up to or match them in late game like Yi,Jax,Kog, xin and ..... so on and so forth. I feel this change will give ranked players a bit more of an open to less played champs then for them to play oh which broken champ is gonna get past ban that i can use to snow ball early and run away with the game mid and late game.

I also feel rageblades passive let's champs that are hybrid champs like Kog, Xin, Jax and few others win trades and fights without a challenge and its a noticable and unbalanced passive in the game. Giving champs attack bonus attack speed ability power and attack damage along with the AOE from Guinsoo's Rage is to high of a scale for other champs to match to make a fair trade with a champ that has the item.
