Ranked Que system.

I feel as if the ranked ques are completely unbalanced a balance is desperately needed. Example Bronze 5-1 should all be in the same que bronze 1 shouldn't have the ability to play with silver as so and so forth for the other divisions. Bronze is already trouble for the people stuck in it so those in silver wouldn't appreciate being paired with someone in bronze who doesn't have the means to be on par with those higher up. Players in these 2 divisions have relatively the same problem they all know early game like the back of there hands but mid and late roll around they're all headless chickens running around trying to scramble for a objective to take. These past couple of years its been really bad and I would love for it to get better. I que up and I have to think to my self is queing up really worth when i get people who don't know what they're doing and just intend to feed the enemy team or not contribute to the team as whole. Please riot fix the ranked ques and make it easier for people to get a balanced team instead of trolls and feeders every que and losing constantly never being able to advance. It's very troublesome.
