I've been in the Gold Elo for quite sometime now, and out of the 48 games I have played, there has been 31 AFK/Leaver or Intent Feeder's on either team. I'm beginning to think Riot doesn't even ban those players. What do you guys think?

These are a couple of your recent games.
Malphite- 3-10 with 60 cs in a 28 min game
Amumu- 0-8
Trundle 2-6
Morgana- 0- 12 however you did have good assists you still fed harshly.

Also in 3 out of 4 of those you fed the hardest by far. There is a difference between feeding because you suck and intentionally feeding. People like you seem to think when someone does bad they must be doing it intentionally. Going through your match history i cant find one person who fed intentionally or afk'd
rito doesnt ban trolls. Ive seen many trolls in gold with 30-40% win rates. But the moment you say a bad word you become chat restricted. The problem regaRDING trolls and intentional feeders is that they are seen as having a bad day. This is how they get away with it
AFKers for sure get banned....
Intentional feeders are a lot more difficult to determine. Would help if the other team reported. So they probably should be punished more often.. but the false positive thing would be a problem.

And intentionally AFKing is bannable, I myself have a 20 min leaver buster after I quit the game for about 5-7 months Rito bans you for. Playing,Not playing, and existing.

I've sent in recordings of people raging and staying in fountain, that is the only way they get proof and the people that are supposed to be banning these players don't. They say "well you could have done better". How about this. If we report you send a confirmation on why or why not this person was banned because of said reason. If you say you can't do that then step down and let someone else take that responsibility. I Just lost a game where we were ahead 7 turrets and our fed Yi sat in fountain. That was the Sole reason we lost, why is that not an instant perma ban? Why would you allow people to purposely lose games for people?
