I have played more than 500 games over multiple accounts and I have figured with my play consistent if you do not honor a teammate after a game you have a 24% chance winning the game compared o my 57% chance of winning a ranked game.
if you would like the statistics in excel format I would be more than happy to post the results.
This evidence shows that RIOT is pairing better players with who honor those of teamamtes.

Its statistics based of you alone...... Its not valid proof of any thing. You would have to do this with a larger group of people.
