Please do something with Teemo

I really have trouble playing against Teemo, especially when I go on top lane. His basic attacks do a lot of damage that he can kill other champions effortlessly when 1v1. Also, he uses blinds and poisons as I try to last hit and I can't level up properly because even from a distance, he can throw darts at my champion. And when I try to catch him when his health is low, he uses his dash ability so he runs to his turret. I really have no problem playing against any other champion. I really can't bear to play against Teemo especially on top. He's so easy to get fed (he has an advantage when it comes to ranged attacks) and he can kill my champion so easily that even a beginner can easily kill other champions with Teemo. Please, when I get elected to guard the top lane turret, I always worry that I'll be facing against Teemo no matter which champion I pick. He ruins my top lane experience. By the way, is there actually an easy way to counter against Teemo? I can't even get close to him when I play as a melee champion because of his poisonous darts. So far, I'm really having a lot of difficulty countering Teemo that even when a jungler comes to help me, it's still not so easy. Please do something with Teemo. Remove him. Or nerf him by reducing all his basic attacks by half. Even a newbie can defeat my champion easily with Teemo. I really hate when players select Teemo and kill me easily with Teemo even when I put immense effort to avoid most of basic attacks.
