Silver I, not a promo, I'm at 25 minute que time

I've restarted the que a few times and had one dodged game (by someone else) and yet I am at almost half an hour of wait to play ranked. What the fuk is going on with you Riot? Before your idiot dynamic que I NEVER hit a 5 minute que time, yet here I am. i could of played an entire game in the length I have been WAITING FOR THE HONOR to get in champ select.

This isn't high elo. There is no excuse. Fix your game it is starting to make me want to stop playing.
