Can u solo carry yourself as Mundo?

the higher the elo the more useless mundo is but hes not bad. though against certain comps he does feel like he is. if the enemy team is 4 ap and 1 ad obviously. mundo is great. if the enemy team is mostly sustained damage. then mundo isn't a good pick. last time i played mundo. the enemy team weren't really behind. some of them were fed. they had 4 ap and 1 adc. i was simply goinng 1v5 with half my health and they couldn't kill me with multiple rotations. hes really good against ap casters since it takes 10 of them to kill him. however late game an adc can mow you down if they get botrk.

if the enemy team has for example graves or corki as adc. then mundo would be a fantastic pick. if its vayne then don't bother. any adc that doesn't buy botrk is kinda weak against mundo.
