Lower Summoner Level Games

Hey I'm looking for a bit of insight on a "problem" that has been weighing heavily on my mind all day.

Just this morning I finally hit level 12, I know it's still a long ways away from major champion builds but it's still a point where I feel I should be able to safely play a few good, fun PVP games on the Rift. Here's my problem though. As I typically favor playing ADC's (Jinx being my usual main) I understand that I'm going to have a huge target me arrow flashing over my head because the more they get me early game, the less threat I pose later game. Earlier today I played 3 games of Blind Pick PVP (and note I've only played 4 total of this mode) and each ended in excruciating defeat simply because the other team followed a support-carry system (in fact one game had 2 AD's and one support) whereas mine did not. I carried the blame for "over-feeding" the other ADC's when simply put I was trying to be my own support and failing miserably at it.

Is it becoming a common trend for normal non-ranked games to drop the support role?

Would anyone have advice in this case when I can't get any back up and the enemy is picking me off before I can even get CS or gold?

In low level games, you get less people playing support/jungle. If you can't get a support, just try to CS under tower.

In lower level games people do all kinds of weird stuff just because they only have access to so many champions. (esp jungle because of the lack of rune pages etc.) This trend usually disappears later.
