Why Riot? Why release a champion so broken, they make you want to pull your hair out. Her damage, her cooldowns; everything about this champion is fucking broken. Why does her q do 700 damage? Why is her q on a 3-second cooldown? What about her bubble? Why does it launch across a fucking lane? Why is it a trap with the same diameter as the sun? Why Riot? Video Games are supposed to be fun. This isn't fun. I don't know what you were thinking with this champion. I hope you nerf her.
Q is 90% of her damage, and usually doesn't hit high unless she can get off a really long distance trick.
Q is not on a 3 second cooldown. Its base is between 7.5 and 6.25 seconds.
Her E only has decent range if cast over terrain. Even then, it's dodgy and relies on good team warding to actually hit. Ofc, if you're playing a melee champ vs her, she can hit you with it as she's running. Don't chase her in a line.
She's not broken. 30% win rate, hard to snowball because she's a bad farmer, and hard to use her kit in a game with randomness, adcs who are fed, and long distance nukers. She can get fed if a game gets prolonged, but she sucks overall in a 25 min game.
This is like arguing that Kha Zix is not broken but LB is lol. Kha can kill someone 6 times as reliably as Zoe with no counterplay. Zoe has counterplay.
you could upgrade your boots to make Zoe deal 0 damage
