The entirety of your chat logs is pretty much only flaming and harassing others. None of it is acceptable.

As for this being a permanent ban, have you had any punishments prior to this, particularly a 14 day ban? If so, that's why this is a permanent ban. Every time you are punished, you move up to the next punishment tier, and unfortunately for you, a permanent ban is the next step after a 14 day ban. Riot even warns you of this in your 14 day ban reform card.
