I am looking for a champ that can both Top or Mid to carry myself out of bronze. I want someone who can both snowball or can do normal in lane and still be a badass.
So far my style has been: Adc, Jinx. Support, Braum Janna Mid, Ahri Ziggs Top, Nasus Jungle, Trundle
Any advice that leads to freelo would be appreciated.
My guess would be Diana Akali or Zed.
really, it doesn't matter what you play since any champ can carry with enough games. what I pref for adc is vayne (vayne might be a bit hard to play), but I would recommend graves or sivir instead.
for mid, I would recommend annie.
for top, I would say tryn (nasus is depending on his team not getting destroyed too soon, but he can carry still of course)
for support, blitz or an ap support or cc heavy like braum and Leona.
remember, it's not the champs, but the player that makes the rank. some are easier to carry with, but if you can play a champ really well, that's better than playing a strong champ badly.
My favorite champions are glass canons with mobility. AKA, assassins. The champions I believe you will have the most fun playing on solo queue are one like 
(my personal favorites) because they snowball the hardest and cmon Zed is completely badass with the coolest kit, like ever.
