Tahm-Heimer Interaction

As Tahm, I would eat Heimer turrets.

1. Sometimes they went into me, then came out much too early, and instead of shooting out like minions are supposed to, they appeared at my feet.

2. Sometimes they retained a sliver of health, and became invulnerable and appeared to continue shooting while doing no damage. This would result in our wave clustering around the invincible turret for several seconds. Champions also tried hitting the turrets, to no avail. Some sort of timer (possibly the Heimer proximity timer) allowed us to kill them after a bit.

3. Third issue: Sometimes the turrets that I ate came out at full health, as if no damage had been done to them. I believe this only occurred when I "dropped" them instead of shooting them out of my mouth, as is supposed to happen.
