Can we bring back the exclamation point when seen by turrets/control wards while Camouflaged?

I've honestly been thinking I wasn't being seen by control wards because the exclamation point that used to appear for Eve when near pinks doesn't pop up. This is really confusing, and if you are seen I'd like it to be clear.
