Had a draven do 1k+ dmg with 2 items
One shot me, only had ie and static shiv. Did over 1k dmg in one auto. Instant death, was full hp with a little over 1k hp.

You were...oh dear lord. Your build was atrocious (literally just a Runaan's, meaning no AD at all), which was your first mistake. Janna got a double kill on you. Draven got fed.
At this point, even an Ashe would have been killing you very quickly. By the time he got Shiv, he had seven kills.
This has nothing to do with Draven, Shiv, IE, or ADCs at all. This has to do with someone getting fed 7 kills in just a bit under 12 minutes.

I think the real problem is how bad snowballing is now. 21 kills in 17 minutes is ridiculous, it just should not happen. even though it is only the second day of pre-season, they will have to do another massive overhaul of the runes system to balance this from happening.
He could always do this depending on how fed he was compared to your armor.
