WW vs Kassadin Ult After Zhonya & LuLu Poly vs Voli flip

So I ult'd Kassadin right he popped zhonyas and timed it right when he left it, he was able to ult away while suppressed. I also polymorphed voli before he flipped a champion and he was able to flip the champion while in polymorph. I have noticed an increasing number of instances where actions occur, but even though your animation is going off and succeeding. If they still activate their animations after it still allows theirs to go off completely ignoring what you have just done. I.E playing as Kha I leaped away but singed flipped me in mid-air. The flip didn't occur until I was more than halfway done with my leap animation. If I was able to make it that far in my leap, his flip should have never even connected, he was on my right side and I was leaping away from him to the left, these occurrences with this patch have been happening more frequently.
