Rotating Game Queue Schedule?
Did Riot give up announcing the upcoming RGM modes?

I'm not entirely sure where the sub-sites themselves get the information from. However if you follow League news sites such as Surrender@20 they tend to have the RGM rotation information a few days before the new mode is scheduled to drop.
