Forgiveness system is a joke?

It doesn't seem to take anything into account when forgiving a loss.....

Last week my team just straight up lost....no one fed...no one DC'd...but the loss was forgiven.

I just finished a game in which one teammate was a troll and went 0/8 because it was "her first time mid" in ranked. And our top DC'd for about 15 minutes of the 40 minute game....and that wasn't forgiven.....?

I thought the forgiveness was supposed to take out of norm scenarios like this and forgive your loss since it was out of your control....instead it seems like they took the lazy way and just made it randomly forgive losses lol.
