WTB new ELO system not based on W/L
Really tired of Riot investing resources on skins/champs when rank is still based on w/l which leaves players who are good in a role to be stuck in ELO hell. Many of us have experienced games that are unbalanced due to the fact that someone rages and quits or someone feeds then afks/keeps feeding or worst doesnt connect at all. Also many have this thing called LAG which I can honestly say hardly happens unless the Riot servers are having issues.
For the feeders/afkers who get reported I wish there would be moderators to spectate their game and if they see them continue to feed then manually move them 2 tiers down from their current tier. We need harsh punishment for people who don't care to try to play the game and ruin it for the rest.
For the laggers - make a system that verifies if their connection is good enough on ping and if their system can even handle the game to run efficiently on their pc.
Now for those players who excel in a role they shouldnt have to take a full hit on elo loss due to their team losing.. Implement a system where if they met a certain kda / gameplay the loss should be halved. Example.. As a support you shouldn't have many kills but you should have many assists and many ward placements and low deaths. KDA 2-4-15 this is for like a 30-40m game plus 20+ ward placements.
Also for the players who didnt perform and win they should get affected in the same way. Only gaining half the elo.
