Bug Vi - Q ( charged punch ability) Vault Breaker

So I play jungle Vi and when I start to charge my Vault Break into fog of war it basically gets somewhat of a weird silence. The silence is more of I lose the ability to finish the ability. It walks forward or whatever direction I'm going til the charge up time is finished and basically lose that ability. It has happened every time I try to charge up for gank mid or anywhere the bush has no vision. Today someone placed a green ward when i was Vault Breaking and it did the same thing. Now I've tried to find if this is a change to her but I haven't found any information. This has happened while I play normals on the live server on SR draft mode. I have not played rank to test it there.

This also happens to me at least once a game. It seems to happen when the arrow for your q goes into a wall or fog of war. It charges but the arrow disappears and you cant release it. Its almost like being silenced. Its a definite bug and has cost me kills and in a few cases games. Please look into this riot.

I was talking to someone else about my issue with Vi and they said it happens a lot with charge up abilities. They said Varus and Pike also encounter this issue.

This happens to me multiple times every single game on vi. I do not know the cause of it, which makes it hard for me to write a support ticket about it. it seems very random when it happens. I have had it happen without getting hit by anything at all, so i assume "mouse-over or right clicking" enemy champions while in charge-up-state can (maybe) cause it as well.
