Intentional feeder detection in ranked?

I just experienced a difficult time with an intentional and very toxic feeder. Others say they go through this often when they play ranked. Is there going to be a development where intentional feeding (a timer on their death and the amount of deaths, perhaps?) that detects an intentional feeder or unsportsmanlike player? It would truly make the ranking experience a lot more enjoyable.

I think a detector for intentional feeder should be doable, but more complicated. Your Idea might not be accurate enough. But some sort of detection would be usefull

Not unless they pop some racism, at which point you can pretty much guarantee their ban as long as you actually submit the report (they have all evidence on their side already).

Toxicity has always been League's biggest problem. It's always been at the forefront of discussion about League from anything but Riot, and Riot has taken a dwindling interest in it; once they knocked down the Tribunal, it seemed to get far worse and then their automated system stopped catching people because they got clever about how to hide from it.

I'm not sure what they do now but it sure doesn't seem like a lot; or if they do a lot, why is toxicity so grossly disproportionate?

EDIT: A detector would be lovely and yet still about four years too late. I've been playing since season 3 and the problem really hasn't gotten any better, and that was some years ago.
