Is not receiving a ward a common bug?

I am pretty sure this is the ward. I believe I have heard of this happening before. I received a shard for this ward and I purchased it with the essence I had. I saw the screen that said I successfully received it and everything. However, It is not in my ward selection. Is this fixable, hopefully not just for my account, but for other people to whom this has happened?

Does it appear if you restart your client? If not, send in a support ticket.

Hey man don't worry! I had the same issue and they said that it should appear in your inventory after the next patch. Also ya this is a rather common bug. Ive found about 5 posts about it so far and I'm not even really looking, so its probably safe to assume theirs allot of people with the same issue lol.
