Remake System

the remake system needs to change in some ways. i just had a game where our corki mid joined the game then a minute into the game he left/disconnected. but now me and my team cant remake cause he connected to the game and you can only remake if the player doesn't connect. so then me and my team had to play a 4v5 and no matter how good we were doing we were at a huge disadvantage. riot needs to find a way to change this
