Bug with Thresh and Targon's Brace
For some reason randomly my targon stacks wont work it just stops executing minions. i have made sure that the minions were low enough and there was a teammate in range

The execute portion of the Relic Shield item line only works for melee champions. Thresh is considered a ranged champion so he doesn't not benefit from the execute.
You can still proc the heal and gold share with him, but you need to last hit the minions normally.
