an xp boost item?

some other moba games got an item so give you free xp. like in dota 2 they got an item called "tome of knowledge" wich give you 700+ xp. but you can only buy it every 5th minute. and after the jungel patch i thougt it could be really usefull........ Or you could just add more jungel camps?

edit: also it could be really good for the supports too
