Mages should be given more options of tank shredding items

Currently mages only have item 3151 which can deal a percentage-health to enemy. And unlike item 3153 , it is quite ineffective against tanks. Its damage doesn't scale with maximum health, but with current health. And the damage dealt is in the form of magic damage, instead of true damage. So the reality is that most mages are incompetent in the face of tanks. Basically their damage on a mature tank is negligible and can't win a game full of tanks without help from AD's. Moreover, item 3036 has been updated to ignore 45% of armor, why item 3135 isn't updated?

I don't want to see a meta where the only way to deal with mages is assassins. I really don't want to see 2 assassin 1 mage comps... I don't think I can bear it...

There are already mages who tear through tanks like butter anyways, while also being able to easily 100-0 squishies Cassiopeia Ryze Fizz Malzahar

Bork doesn't deal true damage either and you need to realize Lord Dominik's Regards is for Bonus Armor where as Void Staff is for all Magic Resist (Bonus and Base). Void is useful for both squishies and tanks, while LDR is only useful against tanks that actually buy armor and the other passive requires the target to have higher health as well. So unlike Void it isn't useful every single game.

There are already dps oriented mages if there was ever a team with 3+ tanks, cool down based mages are not supposed to be killing tanks.

Mages are AOE. If you can deal with tanks, you can 1v5... Brand can do it now, if he lands his whole combo on the grouped enemy team. Viktor can do it too, if the enemy tanks sit in his ult and he manages to land 2 rotations of his E...
