Fiddlestick's ult should have a cooldown resetting mechanism if interrupted

Currently Fiddle's ult has the longest cd in the game (~2 min) and it can be interrupted very easily. Once interrupted, it takes another 2 min if he wants to ult again. This is very frustrating, especially in late game when 2 min is enough for you to lose. Many champion's ults have resetting on cd if interrupted or cancelled, why can't Fiddle benefit from this? I really hope you add this feature as soon as possible. Until then I won't be playing Fiddle anymore.

Absolutely not. Interrupting fiddle's ult is the counter play to his ult because any good one will then silence everyone with those evil bouncing crows and press zhonya. Imagine if sejuani ults over the wall to stop fiddle's channel (long cooldown on sej ult), then his ult is down for what, 5-20 seconds? That wouldnt make sense at all because fiddle will just continue trying until he pulls it off and initiates a fight on his terms
