The first few ranked placement matches should take normal mmr into consideration

I get first time ranked players a lot in my mid silver elo games since its the average rank I get people playing their first second or third ever ranked games A LOT and the skill variance is just insane

I know normal and ranked mmr is different but when it comes to the first few placement matches i wish riot would take normal mmr under consideration

I'm sure I'll make it out with enough persistence (lifes not fair but sometimes it's unfair in your favor) besides it cant be much fun for the 1 7 1 ashe either

if their normal mmr is bronze let their first few placement matches be against other bronzies and work their way up instead of throwing them into my silver 2/1 games

This is not a QQ my team holding me back thread, I understand sometimes they are on the enemy team, and those games are hardly fun for me either

Is it just me or do other silver 3-1 players commonly find a first time ranked player in your games (for better or for worse)?
