Please change the way the game loads

So it feels extremely unsatisfying what just happened to me. I queued to a ranked game, and started looking for a match, and got put into one normally. Champion select goes all good, and then the game would start loading. Now, my pc isn't the best in the world but loading screens for me usually go like this when the champ select ends:

1. The "select your skin" screen disappears and shows a "game in progress" screen with the friend list by your side, name and message, etc.
2. A Logo of the game appears in the middle of the computer.
3. Everything goes to black and the game starts loading with people champ, skin, mastery, etc.
4. Game starts.

Now what happened to me (more then once but this time was in a ranked match which made things way more unpleasent) was that when the screen went all black to start loading the game, its stayed like that for longer then usual. I thought to myself "probably everyone is waiting for me for the game to start" and then after a while with the screen entirely black without showing anything I decided to turn off the game and launch it again so I opened task manager, and selected to turn off the game. So because my PC didn't load the game fast enough i lose 15 lp in less then 10 minutes? Am I supposed to expect a leaver buster because of not even loading into the game? Lol is the only game to this day that I had loading screen issues and I belive a better way of loading the game is possible then how it is atm.
