Opinion/Suggestion: Change the new Randuin's particles.

So I was playing a game with the new Zac and one of the items I bought was Randuin's Omen. When I used its active, a weird thing showed up instead of the old particles. At first I thought it was a bug but in reality it acttually has new particles. My suggestion would be to make it a bit more clear because "how it looks vs what it does" didn't really showed up to me. The old particles were nothing special either but it looked like an ice "wave", and at least that seemed more "slow" then an unclear circle of sometihing. (Appologies for any grammar issues)
